are you guys fishing out of exmouth?
getting the bottom line final answer from a bunch of blokes that use false names and put smiley faces at the end of paragraphs is not the best place in the world to get the information you seek.

Used to catch the Scarlets at the Mackeral islands years ago. One of the best I've ever eaten.

those goldies are bloody awesome! Assume deeper than most rec people go?
How did they fare size wise? Some look like bloody good size!
matter how big . i love em , my fave fish. heres a hint for ya bodie, go deeper. best goldies are in 130-160 metres, the big schools of big fish.
sounds good, cheers. would you find Red's as by-catch in those depths as well? (Similar to shallower 100-120m)?
but not in any numbers though, out to about 100 is where they stop in big numbers
