just on the males i think. as they get older the bump gets bigger. Its used to bump the females when spawning to help the eggs get out quicker or something like that. could be wrong though, wouldnt be the 1st time haha.
is from fish feeding on reef, trying to knock things off the rocks and stun or hit things with their head. They can also get one on the nose area from the same thing. I dont think its genda driven. Nice catch mate. Iam so glad we got outfished by you as well. haha
