This is my first ever wahoo that i caught last year at steep point, was caught on 4kg sportfishing tackle trolling a orange cd14, this fish was released to fight another day

Was my first wahoo so i posted it, that same trip i caught one that was pushing 20kgs on the same outfit, i consider myself a light tackle sportfisher man, not overly keen on breaking my back on 80 or 130lb test

yeah any light tackle gamefish is well earned I reckon. That wahoo would've been a little easier than your YFT though, those things are buggers when they start circling under the boat. I'm surprised the sharks didn't get in first.

Yeh the tiger shark that was up his ass made him almost jump in the boat, the boats 7m dolphin craft, no longer mine, was too much of a pig in the water.
