good gear...had my first one in singapore many moons ago ... my guess be indian/malay

Otto tried really hard to eat an eyeball, he ground it right up, but couldn't swallow it. To be fair, they're pretty gross.
Next one round he tried to eat the rest of the eye instead.
Ingredients started with turmeric, galangal and ginger, I'd say Indian via Malaysia.
