what a sun rise, as good as it gets....
all that was missing was a frosty cold beer in the hand and at 6-30am, my wife would have killed me if I was drinking beer even before she woke up...lol

On the south alligator river
On the south alligator river, in Kakadu park NT. About 15km south of the Arnhem highway boat ramp near Jabiru.

River was at high tide, so about 300m wide at that point, but still 60km to go thill the sea!!! pic was taken at 6am as the sun started to crack the horizon.
no digital touching etc, just as we saw it!!! all I did was reduce the size of the RAW Tiff file to post.
