And for $88k not bad buying. Approx $25k to land in freo. I would be very surprised to find anything near that on the local market. And certainly not loaded with gear as the US boats. this is a 2006, f250 yam's, riggers, electronics including autopilot and radar. This boats on www.thehulltruth.com. Awesome site. Its actually amazing to see how much their economy ( inc fuel pricing ) is changing. Hope its not an indication of worse things to come here.

How come glass is so cheap
How come glass is so cheap over there? And ali plate so unusual though? Can't just be lousy environmental regs and cheap labor?

And also It comes down to the more you make the cheaper they become.
Ali is more expensive there than here not sure why maybe they don't sell as many.

Only in the US though - my old employers' supplier had to phase out their fiberglass tanks, sourced from spain, from the late 90's on because the EEC regs were so hardcore.
