I saw an old video(yes video, i am that old) years ago, can't remember who did it, but i want to say mal florence, although i stand corrected, where they were bangin some lures around for mackies, somewhere??, and one of them hooked up on a 'phin(see i'm using ya slang like i;m an old hand at em now Andrew....hehehe), and this thing went mental, grey hounded off across the surface and spooled the guy in the blink of an eye. Left him a gibbering mess, giggling uncontrolably like a schoolgirl. I was disapointed for him, 'phin taste good.....
I've seen footage of dolphins coming up on marlin lures/baits but they are far too intelligent to take them, seemed to play around a bit then scoot off.
Saw those photos Danny, looked like you guys had a day out!! Sure once Salmo gets time to download them off to a laptop which isn't full of coffee we might get to see them. :)
Pity we didn’t put a bait down yesterday....least we would have gone home with a feed.....only joking
He is starting to make a nuisance of himself and scaring off the fish though.

I lost a bigger one at the boat last Saturday, so I'm hungrier than a junky on methadone day to get back a do it again.
Good luck Danny, hope you get into some fish. Heard quite a few rumours that theres good numbers of tailor around at the moment, in the river, the reefs and the beaches!

Performance Enhancing, spelt the short way would P E, so i'm assuming you got it braid? PE6 or PE8 would be my guess, it looks a good size
