114cm Wild Barra From Fraser Island

Was surprised when i moved over to QLD as to how many barra we stumbled across this year down so far south. Had one session where we hooked 5 with 4 of them on or over the magic meter mark. This one i was going to save for an article, but it dosnt really fit and thought it would be good here. It was pretty skinny, it was also my first barra when i moved over here. not a bad way to start off the account.

im sworn to secrecy mate, few
im sworn to secrecy mate, few spots over that part of the coast produce regularly and with pro netters still around it makes things even harder.
i just looked for similar ground on google earth to the west, all of the spots i picked produced at least one fish so it isnt that hard if you know the type of ground you are looking for
cheers

Nice
Great fish Brad. Casting, bait or trolling. I've seen a lot of pics of bigger barra caught on the troll.
