38cm tailor from the river

i got this saturday night around 9pm
38 cm tailor..
it hit hard and almost took my rod in with it i think my drag was sticking cause i h ad it loose .
was caught on mullie...from Narrows .

Many years ago use to troll along the point opp blackwall and get a Heep ( Chidley Reserve),but did find they tasted different than the ones off the coast.
Just look for the birds in the river they will be diving on the school.
