3D Printer suggestions

Hi guys
I am looking to purchase a 3D printer in the next couple of months and I am almost baffled by all the choices. Does anyone own one on here?
My budget is around 2k but I'm flexible if the right one comes along. The projects I would like to print would be quite small.
It almost seems that by the time I get one, it will be obsolete :/

Tool maker at work has got one, will find out make/model for you, weve used it to make spares for RC helicopters and a few little jobs, brilliant things to use.
