Anchor and berley and use lightly weighted baits, soft plastics and small knife/ockta jigs under 100g. Should be plenty of Pinkies & other quality demersel fish as well sharks, sambos, skippy or the odd YTK. Have fun :)

try this
anchor on a good lump if it attracts wrasse just drift with a lighty weighted squid fillet (must be fresh) keeping a steady but light berley trail
