Adding descriptions to photos

Gday crew.

Wanting to add a few more pics up and was wondering how some people manage to the photos up, with a description next to them.

Any help would be great

I just copy and paste image URL and once pasted click cursor either before or after the image url and then write whatever .. then repeat

Random girlfriend pic for example
