Adjustable bracket for TM260
Submitted by Tom M on Tue, 2017-10-10 15:53
Had struggled with transducer adjustments on our twin hull cat, so my fishing buddy and I have resorted to making an adjustable sliding bracket that will allow us to udjust height and angle from inside the boat, If and when we get that right we can refit back to the hull with height and angle that works for us. Not the ideal spot to locate but only option available. Was dropping out around 10 knts and getting a picture back over 20knts. Might be a week or 2 before the son in law gets home to give it a run but will keep you informed and share results.

I've got one
A second hand shop bought one, doesn't adjust the angle but can be adjusted up and down. Unlike a few, mine works well at all speeds. Mind you, my boat has a heavy arse which I think helps the tranny run well at all speeds.
Looks the goods, happy testing.
