Not that it would stop us going but just to keep the misses pleased
Any help or advice from previous experiences would be greatly appreciated

Have been in shorts on the south coast in early June but take your woolies and raincoats for July.
Doesn't rain as much as Albany but could be a bit fresh around the goolys.

Great spot Bremer, I used to have an onsite van there but sold it years ago.
Plenty of beach/rock fishing spots and a good ramp for all sized boats out at fishermans.
Southern ocean can get a bit scary so care needed.
Have fun

Hit n miss
Mate you can get some awesome weather that time of the year, also some very average weather. If you are taking a tinnie and the weather is ordinary head up the river and catch some bream.
River is currently open to the ocean at the moment so it will be getting a good flush out, if it closes by then you are a chance of a few KG's (smallish) down near the ocean- will also get some salmon trout in there as well.
If you are a beach fisherman head over to fosters for some XOS skippy in the holes and salmon all year round over there.

oh yeah i forgot to mention that i did go there a while back and remember the river but taking a 22 foot carribean so the chances of fitting that in the river arent great but yeah ive heard that the river is quite productive and after previous experiences of beach fishing there we thought it was a good place to go south considering just incase the weather didn play the game we could have a ball beach fishing if need be
but thanks again lads for your input
