AFL Finals Tipping Comp
Giving Gilly a rest this year and im keen to go again...
Chasing a minimum of 10 punters who want to enter into a knockout AFL finals tipping comp.
$5 to enter, payable into account prior to the bounce of the ball first final. Winner takes all.
Rules:
THIS IS A TACTICAL tipping comp please read and understand the rules
Put your tip in this thread and I'll edit them into the post each round. Tips arent usually secret in this type of comp.
You must tip one team (one team only) that you think will win in the first round. If your team loses you're out.
Correct tippers move onto round 2.
You cannot tip the same team twice during the comp i.e. if you think sydney will play off in and win the GF you cant tip them in the first 3 rounds.
Strategy and luck is required.
Last punter standing wins the total pot. A margin will be used if 2 players end up on same team in final round
If we have multiple tippers still alive in the Grand Final round, we will also include a margin for that game to dicide the winner. Closest to the pin will win the prize.

I was going for the Crows but was hoping for a GF for the ages and it certainly wasn't that!!

I came 3rd in the footy tipping comp at work and that was with me forgetting to tip for 3 of the rounds so I only got the round average. $200 towards upgrading my chartplotter!

Any others reading this and want to throw in thats the starting price...I'll jump in!!
I dont mind doing money transfers and am happy to keep account for this use only...thats all thats floating in there anyway, but pending what we decide on may require some additional transfers from use guys. Not sure how we go legally with this but im sure Admin will advise if not happy.
Raise pot with any additional buy ins at $16.25...few options below...any others ??
1 - LOTTO, wait for next big mega draw...buy a large system
2 - Betting syndicate...requires transfers each week....take it in turns at placing a bet with a set amount from pot...this continues untill all gone. Sea-kem or a few of yous guys might be able to help with this one if interested ?? can speak to me old man for help and conditions...he ran one for a few years when working at SECWA in beaconsfield before the depot was moved.
Or wait and donate part fund or all to Brett carter once fund me page up and running ??

Coin is going onto biggest lotto system it can buy....saturday lotto mega draw TBC.
As mentioned above Seakem, Timboon, crasny1 and big john already have a share covered....ill be adding $16.25 to buy in.
