Caught 20Klm's south of the Murray river mouth a couple days after Christmas.
Caught 5 that night and one school shark (Schoolie too small, chucked him back).

Bleeding sharks
Just gut em, cut behind their head and just through the spine, and same at the base of the tail.
De-finned them before putting on ice.
We kept 5 of them between 4 of us. Taste good, had some more earlier this week - YUM!.
Cheers, Jason
