Looks like it will be a difficult one for tipping, well maybe for me anyway...Blues have been improving but surely the Shockers can notch their first win and end all these Owen memes once and for all? Eagles haven't won at the SCG for over fifteen years. Hawks 3-1 but haven't been too convincing coming up against Adelaide, who had a cracking win last week. Congratulation to Silk on his 300th game btw. Which Tigers will show up against Melbourne, was Watts game against the Pies last week a one off and will mediocrity resume? Will April's premiers Roos continue their good start and finally show they really mean business? Are Port well and truly shot to pieces? Pies and the Bombers? One positive about being
One positive about being sidelined myself is that I won't miss anymore West Coast games this year!
Reckon the Eagles will get done in a close one as we just don't play the SCG well and the horrid weather will suit the bigger bodies of the Sydney midfielders. If Jack and JK combine though we could cause an upset.
I can only dream that Carlton get up on Sunday!

Personally I really don't like this new holding the ball rule for the exact reason how this game ended. There is just way too much inconsistency between games between umpires and between rounds. Time after time I will see someone get the hard ball get which is what any footballer is taught to do but in way to many instances as soon as they pick it up or even for eg a touch ball and someone grabs it mid air and gets tackled mid air before they hit the ground and they call holding the ball wtf. The players seem to get very anxious about this rule which is leading to many mistakes. I think in this game again even the players ask why is this or that holding the ball and others aren't. In retrospect that should have been holding the ball in the last few seconds. I can just see this happening in the GF and all hell will break loose. Next rule been talked about is that whoever touches it last before the ball goes out gives a free kick away. Come on that would be outrageous. Rules last year were excellent just leave it as is.
Night granny hell yeah but first site score to win in double overtime sucks balls. Won't be able to put a bet on a draw like the coll v saints gf which won me big time.
Sorry bit bored just throwing some thoughts around.
