Albany scallops

I'm heading down to albany tomorrow for a couple of weeks and in the past when walking along Middleton beach have noticed a lot of scallop shells.
Just wondering if anyone would know what ground / depth these guys are hiding in, or even any general locations. I have dived a fair bit down there over the past 20 years but have never seen any. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers mate, know the area,
Cheers mate, know the area, there is an exclusion zone around the wreck but there could be some good ground around frenchmans bay, maybe in the lee side of some broken ground and reef
