Ali boat touch up tips
Submitted by joel88 on Wed, 2013-11-13 09:50
Hi Guys,
Looking at touching up quite a few scratches and chips in the white paintwork on my ali boat but not too sure how to go about it.
Does anyone have any suggestions on which paint to use, how to prepare it etc? Will I need to paint entire panel sections on the boat so the new paint and old paint don't look different?
Cheers

You SHOULD sand, etch prime
You SHOULD sand, etch prime immediately, then paint with two pack paint, or you could just use nail polish if the chips are very small.

The painted area isn't really
The painted area isn't really big enough to warrant a full paint job. Has anyone heard of using white goods spray to do the job? Something like this?
