Alutech??

Hi guys,
I've done a reasonable amount of searching on the Alutech scorpion boats, not a lot of info, especially real world experience.
Anyone here have one? How does it go, especially in the rough stuff.
They're not the prettiest things, but they look to me to be an awesome boat in the 5m cc configuration.
Cheers, Craig.

Fugly ucker,...
But solid. Mate has an ex-CSIRO survey boat, 6.5 hard top with twin merc 90 2 bangas. Very stable, was in survey without a life raft due to the flotation. Sits nice and flat in moderate seas and swell. If it had two newer motors it would be a sensational offshore boat. Derrick off the side for lifting pots is brilliant.
I keep telling him to paint it CAT yellow as it looks more like machinery than a boat.

Same
Had the same issue when a mate was looking to buy his one, not much info around. The test drive on a cold winters day with a moderate south westerly, plus the mechanics report on the motors...and the $32k price tag were deal sealers.
