Was fishing at the canning bridge last night and some people were fishing for break with prawns, and pulled a blue manna crab in that wouldnt let go of the bait. It was just undersized
Went for a little flatty session with a mate down at Canning Bridge last week, I was on lures him on prawns - he snagged two sized (15mm) Blues. I chipped off at sundown and apparently the guys on the little board walk netted 6 or so after dark as they swept/swam under the bridge so seems there's a few about.
Yeah I think the canning bridge is the way to go right now, just kayak your nets out about 15-20m towards my henry bridge and you got yourselves a feed of crabs I reckon
