Just seing if anyone has had a go lately for prawns in the swan? Its that time of year and some favourable tides taking place tomorrow?

We went 2 weeks ago after the rains and got 3. Out the front of aquarama in east freo.

45 minutes last week 2kg good size prawns!

I really wouldn't bother going untill next thursday onwards as thats when the tides best.
The tides till then arent good for dabbing. You want the big high tides dropping down to small lows over a short time.
Yep, as predicted not a prawn to be seen! Only 2 small crabs.
I don't think we've had nearly enough rain yet. Still way too early, especially after what I've seen (or rather not seen) over the last 2 weeks.
At least a month before they're firing, IF we get the rain!

yep I agree, without substantial rain, prawns wont move.
