Albany Report - Salmon
Spent 3 hours at Salmon Holes this morning. Managed to land 2 Mulies in the surf while spending copious amounts of patient time teaching the missus how to cast her new pink outfit (without hooks of course).
Despite a fine effort guys, no Salmon to report down here.....

Had a mate down at malimup
Had a mate down at malimup a week ago and they got stuck into a few salmon. They didnt see any schools just tossing baits out into the gutters.

the locals reckon
give it another month or so, late Feb or early March and they are expecting a good run of salmon through. Supposed to be a good run this year by all reports??

Col and Stu - **Stop Salmon Press**
Just read one of the local papers chaps:
'An estimatted 4 tonne school of 2-3Kg salmon was spotted off Lowlands late last week and there are reports of schools hanging around Bremer Bay.'
So looks like February could well be the go guys.
