Hi all,
My brother who works overseas gave me the heads up on some cheap demersal jigs in some shops.
Are any of these brands/products familiar for demersal jigging?
1. Saltiga Sacrifice ii Slow knuckle jig.
2. Maria Metal Flicker.
3. Technic Octo Angler.
4. Daiwa Speed jig RV.
5. Jigging Master Fallings.
Looking for jigs which suit the slow method (dhuies etc), not high speed for sambos.
Thanks for your help
Chris

I have caught fish on all
I have caught fish on all those jigs and consider them all good. I have each of them in my jig bag. The daiwa speed jigs have always done good on the sambos for me come October

When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

Thanks so much for the responses boys. Looks like 2 and 5 get the choccies.
Do you run single or twin assist hooks with these?
I will be purchasing between 120g-150g.
Any favourite demersal colour?

technic octo angler is a good
technic octo angler is a good budget jig!
Have see 15+ kg dhuie and big pinky caught on one first drop. Main disadvantage is the finish/paint on them wears off faster than a higher end jig

Hey! actually u can use Long jigs that were intended for fast jigging too! provided that their CG is in the centre of the jig
just work them slower! (high pitch jerk)
the daiwa slow knuckle is fine ! so is the technic octo
