Spotted this boat at the Skyshow, "Yampi Lad",
Anyone know why designbed/built it?

Derby
Hey Rob, can't remember the name of the builder but im pretty certain it was built up in Derby. Think i was told that there were two built, saw the boat at the fuel jetty a fair bit last summer at Rotto and had a chat to the owners when we saw them up in Cygnet Bay this year doing their yearly Kimberley Trip. Pretty sure the boat is based in Perth now. Great little Kimberley Boat

Pretty sure the boat is owned by one of the guys at Rockingham powersports (Honda/Suzuki motorbike dealership)

Certainly does look like either a Bill Plug or Adam Schwetz (Nomad) design, and it has a set of Kimberley legs on the back.
