apology
i would like to apologise to all the fishwrecked members, adam and to the moderators and especially to any japanese members or guests that go to this site for my racist and uncalled for comments on the thread about the dolphins. It was totally uncalled for and i was way out of line. I have seen footage of this goings on a few years ago and it brought tears to my eyes to think that people could do something like this to creatures so beautiful as dolphins. This is no excuse for my actions but when i read the thread it brought back some pretty bad memories of what id seen years b4. I thought this was supposed to be a fishing site about catching and enjoying fishing and not about showing people where to go and see dolphins being slaughtered. Ill be taking myself off the site for a while as i know ive upset a lot of people. thankyou tangles.

Hey Tangles understand your viewpoint mate and realize you probably reacted to the post wearing your emotions on your sleeve. You have been a big enough person to realize that some of your comments concerning that particular post can be taken in the wrong way and made what I believe is a good show of faith and made the apology off your own bat.Anyone who has met you will realize that you are a genuine person who will give all the help that you can to others (speaking from personal experience), and that the comment made was out of character for you.
Mate don't take yourself off the site as you are a welcome contributer to the fishwrecked cause and if we all didn't stuff up every now and again we wouldn't be human eh!I for one accept your appology and the reason for your comments buddy.Hope to hear from you soon Tangles.

Everyone just needs to take a chill pill, the site is fine, the content is fine and if you do have any problems, PM me or Andy Mac or Tim and it will be fixed, this is your fishwrecked gaurantee. :)

Never met you Tamgles, yet saw your comments!
We've all got to the point of blasting off with emotions and to be genuine, I felt much the same at the time, just didn't post!
Unfortunately there's bad in every race, colour, creed.... No-one can change that!
What is the real stand out is that you learned/gained from the experience and more importantly gave a public apology which is pretty strong by all members standards, I'm sure even the ones which felt aggrieved by your comments.
Don't lie low, it's as much your site as all of ours!

Tangles, sure I'm biased, but I reckon fishwrecked is a special site because that's what the members make it. Your apology and the reaction from the members proves that. Your absence from the site is everyone's loss, including your own. Stick around and continue to contribute.
