Wow - those are massive. How the hell do you weigh them?

When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:

n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or

n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

weighing

Its a weight to measurement system thats used in South Africa, many of the fish are the same so we use it here for our competitions so there is no need to try weigh anything that big and cause further stress to the fish.

Wow, that's impressive. Having caught a couple of big rays (not that big) I'd say you would have needed a rest after that.

What reels/line are you running on those rods?
