If it is Tuesday
Avoid the rocks given the swell frequency predicted, stay in the river and chase some bream and big yellowfin whiting. The rocks down there have that black algae on them, when wet it is like a proverbial ice rink. There are some good safe spots just off the road on the way to Ring Bolt Bay.....evening / night produce good silver bream, skippy and even mullaway

Used to get some nice size
Used to get some nice size whiting of the jetty down the bottom of the hill from the pub . That was years ago tho so not sure if it will be the same. Go for a walk along any part of the river looking for snags like old jettys or fallen trees and you could find some nice bream
