Bag Limits??????

Hey guys,
Can someone please tell me the current bag limits for fish. I have been to
http://www.fish.wa.gov.au/docs/pub/WestLimits/westcoast_rules_2008.pdf
there is a bit that says from 1st Jan 2009 boat limits for high risk fish will be 8 if there is 2-4 people on board a boat.
Does this mean that currently i am only limited to the restrictions specidfied on this link. so in theory you could take 2 barracude, 1 bill fish, 4 cobbler, 2 cobia, 1 coral trout, 4 cod etc
obviously i wouldnt take all these fish but is there currently a limit apart form the species bag limits.
cheers.

Pretty sure its 7 combined
Pretty sure its 7 combined for the rest of december. New regs are from jan.
Boat limits and reduced total is probably a good idea, but some of those fish I recon should be on a slightly different list. Say 1-2 extra if they arent the "V5". Theres a lot of species on that list, and I think the range of threatened status is a bit wide perhaps?
(not good attention to detail though: the file name is 2008 but the rules within that file are 2009 only)
Edit: tacklestores should have the current regs, but let me know if you want a pdf copy
