Bait board & Live bait tank
Submitted by lurch on Tue, 2016-11-22 21:13
Installed a new bait board/live bait tank today from Baitmate.
Needs plumbing etc but can use the tank as an ice box till that is sorted, the 3 drawers will come in very handy as storage is limited on my boat.
Very impressed with the build quality and can recommend Rod for his customer service also. Nothing was too big a drama and cannot see this one folding under pressure like the last one.

Sure Ron, think it was about $750 delivered
The base is about $620 and I added the acrylic window and a couple extra drawers, the tank is a lower capacity at about 33L as opposed to the one he makes normally.
820L x 260W x 270H
Sea-Kem, sorry mate didn't know you did this or would have asked you for a quote.

Very nice indeed, Lurch.
Can I ask if the draws latch? I can only see them sliding in, is there some mechanism to stop them sliding around in the swell?

thanks Comrad The drawers
thanks Comrad
The drawers have Velcro on both runners which does an ok job but cant see it lasting.
I plan to use some small bungies fixed to each drawer for a permanent solution.
Some cheap carpet or rubber lining the drawers will help stop the rattles too
