Bait run for trip north

 Got the tub back on friday and thaught it best giving it a bit of a run to see how it goes. While at it collect a bit of bait for next month. 

Motor ran well and nailed some nice whiting for bait and a feed

 Filleted up the western butter. Anyone had any luck using them for bait . They are in huge numbers out from mandurah in the shallows.

All the bigger whiting that got filleted i kept the heads vac packed .

They are very good size sand whiting well done, did you pick them up on the drift or anchor .

 Is it back to Exmouth Russ? been a while hey.

The butterfish are great bait for anything on the bottom.

 probably released as many butter fish as we got whiting. they were everywhere.
