Istana Pancing,
Istana Pancing, JL.DIPONEGORO 201 pasar sanglah lt.II no.1-2-3 Its on the 2nd story up the stairs
Was there about a month ago only had about 20 different fankys compared to the 100's last year when i was there.Heaps of split rings hooks etc all the good stuff just spend some time and sort through all the stuff.Small split ring pliers are good value at around 4$ i stock up on them. All the high end jigging master stuff there aswell. Its just up the road from puri pancing(the big tackle store most go to) so might aswell visit there aswell although i prefer this store.Good luck

Puri Pancing
I go to Puri Pancing each time I visit bali. Great for terminal tackle, lures and line. Quality gear from USA at a good price. High end reels in the upstairs showroom however are no cheaper than Perth. Take a few WA Fishing mags and the guys in the store will appreciate it.

I was there in january, went
I was there in january, went to both the shops mentioned.
Found good prices on jigs, split rings, solid rings hooks etc, but rods reels were no bargains at all, some more expensive than here.
On the cheaper items, I found that the tackle shop in Kuta cheaper than the big two in Denpasar.
