Barramundi baitcast combo advice

Hi all,
First off I'll introduce myself I'm Damo I've recently moved up to the Pilbara from Adelaide, I'm after some advice on a baitcast combo for barramundi eg reel,rod size, line size etc
I want to use it to flick hard bodys and soft palstics.
budget $500 - 600
any help is apreciated as I can't get to a tackle store at the moment being land locked in tom price.

20 LB on the curado is nice
20 LB on the curado is nice and anywhere between 40 and 80 lb for leader

If you're gonna go the full 600 bucks (and I recommend you do) consider the following
Reels, either the Daiwa Heartland XA-$269, Daiwa HRF-$249 or Shimano Chronarch E 200E7 (the higher ratio is better for keeping up with rampaging Barras)-$319 or Shimano Curado G 200G7-$249.
Rods- G Loomis GL2 723 10-17lb-$270, Shimano Raider Soft Plastic Series Bc 6-10-$119, Shimano Starlo Stix STP Pro Flats Cast 5-10- $129, Shimano T-curve Revolution Barra BC 5-8kg-$139, T-curve T series BC Barra Heavy 6-10kg-$237 or T-curve T series BC Barra Medium Heavy 6-8-$237.
All prices from Mo Tackle. Suited for 20lb braid.
My Recommendation 1. Heartland XA on the Loomis, or 2. Chronarch E 200E7 on the T-curve T series Medium Heavy.
Decide how much your gonna spend and buy the best you can.

Barra outfit
Go a G-loomis rod or similar and I use the following:
CBR 756 with a Chronarch (which is a great allrounder)
CR665 with a Curado (shorter rod for tighter more accurate casting)
I definitely recommend something light if you are casting all day.
I run nothing less than 30lb braid myself with anything from 40-80lb leader but thats were we live/fish
A mate just built me a St Croix 2C66HF spin rod, a little heavy for you but the blank is killer as is the rod and I will use it offshore as well.
