I agree with all the above comments, and yes, they useDaiwa gear. So far, I haven't been able to work out the name of the host. His off-sider is Nathan, but what is the host's name? They seem to fish mainly in their "harbours" and perhaps that is why they mainly target kingies and sometimes, snapper. It would be good if we saw what other fish species they catch in NZ. I also love their fishing clothes. Sometimes it looks like they get dressed in the dark with their eyes closed, like a real fisherman. Love it.

Pelagics : Tuna, Swords, Stripes the odd black and blue.
not as much vairety as AUS, but thats probaly because NZ is so small compared to AUS.
If you wanted them to film more different species it would just be anchoring and burleying like they do for snapper. which gets pretty boring IMO, People anchor out in 100m here everywhere. rarely use artificals of any sort or vie away from older techniques. Nathan starts using "soft pait" a fair bit in season 3 and they use the odd knife jig but nothing like over in WA .
Milan is a tad wierd, but Nathan is good laugh.
Season 3 has plenty of high lights i seen it all!
