Black Dog Boats.
Hi there.
I take it your talking about Black Dog Boats that are made in Pinjarra?
I bought mine about four months ago from a chap in Mandurah. It's a 5.3m plate ally side console. Well thought out layout for fishing and is quite a rugged boat.
It's powered by a 70hp four stroke Suzuki. I can leave from Two Rocks, head out 10 nautical miles out from Moore River lighthouse and spend the day at various spots all for $30- $35 in fuel. Bloody great!
I love the boat and the build quality seems good.
Would recommend.
Cheers.

Black Dog Boats
I had a ali battery box built by them and would like to think that they build better boats than battery boxes!

We have a 6.5m island cab
We have a 6.5m island cab we've had for over 2 years and its been a solid boat. Heaps of space and build quality is good.

I'm a keen deep dropper so
I'm a keen deep dropper so like to know the boat will handle it if it blows up , also
im an Ali guy so I know it will ride rougher than fibreglass just want to make sure it's not rolling all over the place to start with and a test drive doesn't cover all circumstances that can arise

To be honest Striker, I don't know anything about their boats so don't want to bag them out to much. All I know is they made a battery box for me and both the end product and the price was disappointing. They may build good boats, however I will never utilize their services again.

The transome area can do with a door to climb on and off.
