Boat launching options in Denmark

Hey guys

Thinking of heading down to Denmark after Christmas and taking the boat (7.3m Bar Crusher). Are there any ocean side boat ramps now? Having never been there before and only having the handbrake to help me, beach launching is out of the question. There are some old forums topics which advise that there is only beach launching to get to the ocean as the inlet is mostly closed off. Just hoping that some new infrastructure may have been installed!!!!!!!

Cheers

Sails

el naturale down that way mate. Beach launching is the main option. Albany might be more suitable for your boat launch. Albany isn't that far from Denmark - just like travelling to your ramp in Perth.

Its roughly a 2hr trip by boat from Albany to Denmark grounds depending on weather conditions, I do it every now and then with a 4.8m Whitley Savage Centurion with a 75hp. It can be a rough trip back quite often though.

Not wrong Bryce. Took me a hour and a half to get from hartmans back to town jetty to retrieve last weekend when it was blowing a bit. And I wasn't being shy with the throttle.
