Most people use them for
Most people use them for tying the PR knot, plenty of options on youtube there.
You can buy a shiny bling one, or any old cheap flytying one is fine, just wrap the spool with a few laps of lead tape to keep the weight up.
Or learn the FG knot.

Wise move
Fg is as good as PR.
However, one thing baring in mind, before finishing off the FG knot, you will need to pull the knot really tight.
If not, you may either experience the finishing knot might slip off from the leader / braid join or the braid cutting into itself under high tension.
As for PR, you will only require a moderate pull before the finishing.
Both are top knots if tie properly.
I use either of them only for braid / leader joint.

How would you rate a bimini
How would you rate a bimini to albright compared to the PR/FG ?

I use Bimini to GT for >15lb
I use Bimini to GT for >15lb but i find for heavier/thicker leaders the GT can get too fat and catches the guides, for anything above 20lb FG all the way.

Bimini to albright
Your propose of using bimini and albright have no prob if you are doing bottom, balooning or somthing that you have the time to guide the line out.
However if you are after casting, spinning or something like that, the little kink generated by the nature of how the knot was tie may give you a bit of problem.
The reason the FG and PR getting so popular is because they basically eliminated the kink and promise over 80% knot strength if it was done right.
I have not deviate from PR or FG since I learn them (Braid to Nylon or FC leader).

Learn yourself
You can learn it by yourself
For FG, it is like tying a pony tail and the PR is diff but you will need a bobbin to make it easier.
Dot't have to be expensive bobbin, some people make it themself out of an un-used reel spool.
You can learn from the net as there are many video showing how the knots were tie.
If you have someone to show you, it will be even better.
Start by having a look on those video and practice at home, it is easy.
From my experience, put a little attention in the finishing.
Finishing the knot in a wrong direction will greatly reduce its strength with the braid cutting into itself.
Believe me, once you know how to do it, you will not leave them.
