BREMMER BAY

Hi people, Im taking my family to bremmer in three weeks , have a holiday house there for a week, its out point henry area . Does any one have any pointers to some good beaches/points/reefs around the area, after salmon. Dont have a boat ,thanks .

cool il look it up ,I do have 4wd but never been to bremer before .Usually we hang around walpole or dunsborough ,but had no luck last couple years ,so thought id try further south this year.

I hear some big schools of salmon have been seen around Bremer
Bay lately.

Fosters
Yeah Fosters is the go mate- you will need to drop your tyre pressures- drive all the way along the beach looking for schools- if not there is heaps of deep holes to fish in. There is some big skippy (4-5kg) to be had there as well. If you wan't more of a mission go to Reef beach

try blossom beach mate you dont need a 4wd but you will need to walk down a bit of a steep hill to get to it but i cleaned up on salmon there last year its down wellstead rd about 20km from bremmer

yeh mate foster all year
yeh mate foster all year round for salmon maybe try reef beach as an alternative. just get up on them dunes and have a good hard gaze for that moving sea weed

Thanks for the input guys, just got back , some nice beaches there, got a nice 70cm salmon and a few 38cm skippy at fosters , spent a day at reef beach it was a bit quiet still got big herring 33cm, the marina in town is good for the kids heeps of skippy ,herring and buff brim .
