is there any good lan based fishing around bunbury or eaton???

Yeah mate, the basalt rocks near the back beach will hold whiting/tailor/herring, start there or wander north and try the sandy holes off the rocks for schools of whiting. The shallow sandbar at the mouth of the collie river will hold whiting too, with the occassional herring or tailor.
Belvedere/buffalo beach if you have a 4WD for your normal beach species. Myalup if you head further north is always good for tailor on sunset and maybe something larger.
Huts/stratham beach is good for herring and occassional squid as its quite protected and good for kids too.

Estuary
I forgot the estuary. all the shallow sandbars will hold whiting, good for chucking little surface lures at. i got a 42cm tailor there last week which streched the ultra-light outfit i was using !

cheers guys ,wen i went down there last time all i cought were bloody blowies i thought they wer only in the swan river every where i went the bait wouldnt last more than 30 seconds, but there wer some nice size bream floating around
