Most beaches after the jump up

hold fish and sharks. In close whopper whiting and deeper spanglies etc. If you havent done the jump up go with someone that has. There is a boulder that can give newbies grief near the top and your line has to be guided and spot on.

Yep, plenty of 4wd damage has occurred on the jump up.

Once you get over it, the beaches are beautiful.

With big high tides at lunch time, there will be good deep water on all of the beaches.

Should be able to catch a few squid in the rocky areas too.

Right at the end - at Searipple Passage there is great diving.  It is best on a spring low tide (diving on sunrise or sunset), or on a neap tide with minimal movement.  Walk around to the east past the mangaroves until you get to a rocky outcrop - there are a few deep holes with big bommies and heaps of Trout, Bluebone, snapper etc.  Or take a boat - it is easier - just dont get stuck for 6 hrs.....
