heading to bussleton this weekend can someone let me know of some land based spots to take the young fella.

The beach just to the left of the bay and rocks. If you go between geographe tourist park and broadwater resort.
Go between 5am - 9am & 6pm - 9pm
You can catch herring and whiting. I found at easter the whiting were hitting the herring rig. Lots of herring.

I was snorkelling castlerock saw skippy, garfish, herring, whiting and salmon swimming through in schools from 2pm through to 5pm.
Caught a medium salmon on a gidgy :)

Go to Eagle Bay mate.... beach is safe for kids.
If the salmon are south like everyone is reporting you're bound to see schools going through (look for the pro's)
