hi, tommorow i am leaving to go to busstleton. i will be trying for sambos and pinkys ant the jetty but i was just wondering if u can catch salmon there on the beach casting out poppers ect. also what are good times for sambos?

No, sure a few get caught at the jetty but it's pretty rare (not impossible) for salmon to be caught from shore in Busso.
They generally cut across the bay from Dunsborough.
Also, wrong time of year for 'sambos' (Samson fish) from the jetty. More of a summer prospect.
This is the season for Mulloway, Pinkies, Squid and bread and butter fish. Though you should know that if you read the 748643 reports that are around at the moment![](http://fishwrecked.com/sites/all/libraries/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/wink_smile.gif)

sambos
there actually a few Sambos down there seen two big speciemans there tuesday 20kg easy plus lost a few salmon landed one heaps off bonito so the jetty is a good spot! The sambos are there but right at the end!
