Mate I had a look at a new d22 navara that was on special during the end of year sales, was around 28k with nissan offering very competitive finance and good warranties, may be worth considering. As said I had a look at the navara but was not really suitable for me, I ended up getting an 09 ranger with low Kim's, long range tank, compressor, diff locker, spotties,arb bullbar and canopy for just over 20k. have towed my boat ....(my avatar) all up loaded 2T ish north and travelled fine. not the most power but you should have no probs with a dingy.

 Back seats have negligible legroom, but you won't have to worry about that. There is a lot of fruit put on that one, gotta ask what kinda life has it had, my bro did similar stuff to his lux and took it on some pretty big trips. Imo the d22 gets a bit tired after 150k (worked at a place with a couple) I was lookinground for pretty mu ch the same thing a few weeks ago before plans got a radical shake up. I found a 2010 triton with minor hail damage, $15k with less than 50 thou on the clock. If your not in a rush a bargain will come up. 

if you`ve had a good run out of the mazda just upgrade.i have a 2007 BT50 and paid 23k 3 years ago so would be well under 20k now.

A workmate of mine has a 2006 Bt 50 and it has been nothing but trouble for him! Theres not many of them for sale so I'm assuming they are good cars! I have been looking at tritons and it seems like you get more for your money. Hiluxs seem overpriced for what you get. I have seen D-40's going for less then 100k on the clock in my price range. No rush!! The right car will pop it's head up sooner or later!
