Perhaps should've won, particularly with such a shitful display in front of goals but give the Swannies some credit, they were tops. Seems everyone still wants to underrate them (not saying you though), Hawks still installed as favourites next year followed by Swans according to Herald Sun.
Disappointed with Cyril's effort today...Roughy down in confidence too, just a shadow of himself this last month. Mitchell, second average GF performance now. Buddy was immense and Sewell would've gone close to the Normie I think with such a display. David Hale should take a bow too. Questioned his recruitment but has become a handy player and stood tall (pardon the pun) on the day.

Actually was a pretty good game, congrats to the Swans.
Commiserations to the Hawkes. They'll be there next year.
Hawkes had a good season but appeared to kick themselves out of it in the finals with some woeful shots on goal they should have nailed.
