Yes
We got some (Probably 10, two 38cms, a couple of 34's, the rest undersize or jump offs) yesterday morning between 8-11ish, small bibbed minnows, I was using a rapala husky jerk in blue and lumo and the other fella was using more 3$ bargain bin bibbed minnows in natural or clear colors and im afraid to say he won the day.
Look for the bait, and there is heaps of it out there at the moment we were just trolling anywhere there was sufficient depth where there were schools of bait or on dropoffs.
