A few squid over Success Bank. The odd sand whiting. Not much else inshore lately.

Thanks fellas. Maybe tailor
Thanks fellas. Maybe tailor in the river might be the best option again. Sounds like not too much action in the blue at the moment

where you been catching the
where you been catching the tailor in the swan man? ive had a few but there all sort of 25cm region and would love a few bigger on the the light tackle. I end up getting bored of the small ones and chucking the smaller plastics for flattys which is more fun if the bigger choppers arent playing the game!

Picked up a 34cm tailor
Picked up a 34cm tailor trolling in the Swan yesterday arvo. It was a loner fish though, didn't find any more. Couldn't find a flatty to save myself though, covered heaps of ground in the yak for zip.

That's the area I was
That's the area I was fishing, upstream from Pt Walter out the front of the dog park. Water was pretty stirred up along there due to the usual w/e traffic so that might have had something to do with it. I was using hardbodies, didn't bother with softies as the blowies were manic.

We've been doing well
We've been doing well trolling twistys and xraps in shallow areas anywhere from Bicton through to the city. Look for the seaguls or pacific gulls working. That was a couple of weeks ago before the recent rains though.
