Picked one up yesterday and havent got much hair on my hand ,after sharpening a few knives ,got to test the knives to make sure they are razor sharp. I also noticed when i steal my knives i stuffed the angles on one side of the blade , a common mistake if your not carefull ,but alll fixed now .

Just picked mine up. Just did a few of our knifes, seems to do a pretty good job. Is fool proof, and man friendly( no need for instructions)

What are the main difference

Wed, 2009-10-21 19:59

What are the main differences between this and the 130? I noticed that on the comparison sheet on their site (http://www.chefschoice.com/docfiles/qrfelec.pdf) it shows that the 120 doesnt do honing or steeling, is this correct if so does it really matter that much?

Thanks

Picked mine up the other week but been too busy to post. This thing is great. Saves me stuffing up my knives all the time on the stone as I never get the angles right.

I'll be back soon for that rod too. Cant belive your normal price is less than ive seen it for other places on special. and I get my fishwrecked discount as well.

Thanks for all the help guys. Well worth the drive. Think I might be coming up a bit more when I get some time.
