Hey Glen, there is an automotive product called G101 (its an autosmart product), i use this on the interior upholstery of mine site vehicles to remove red dust stains. It is also great for exterior too...
should remove stains from boat cushions no problem - decent coverage on affected area, scotch brite sponge and some scrubbing then just hose off.

Either domestos or gumption. The ol gumption has always done me well on cleaning boats in general.

Degreaser
Full strength degreaser will clean them up (not the spray can stuff but the concentrated stuff). The dirt is stuck to oils from the humans using the seats. Spray it on from a pump bottle, go all over it with a non-scouring sponge, wait 30 seconds and wash it off.
