Clears ain't Clears
Submitted by ledge64 on Mon, 2016-10-17 20:13
My clears are about 3-4 years old and apart from them being dirty they appear to be going opaque, I'm looking for suggestions on how to make them sparkle again
Cheers & TIA

Vuplex
I use this - not saying there isn't better on the market but does a pretty good job for me.

Don't wash them with soapy water and use Mr Sheen which does all that the more expensive plastic cleaners does.

Only ever washed the clears
Only ever washed the clears off my barcrusher with warm soapy water and after 7 yrs were still in great condition and clear.
Always took them off after each use to keep away from everyday sunlight when not in use as well.

asked same question
i was talking to a local Rockingham business just today, he made new canopy and clears for me a few months ago.
I asked the same question, he recommended Plexus, not sure of the cost, or a 50/50 mix of metho and water. Soapy water was a no go according to him.
