Hi guys
Any Collie locals or has anyone heard that parts of the Collie River has dried right up? Have been hearing this from a few people but not 100% sure.
Cheers

if its downriver from
if its downriver from Wellington Dam then there is plenty of water .. several weeks ago I saw them venting Wellington Dam .. Harvey Dam is about normal height as well .. As for collie River East and Collie River South then I can't tell you. It's been a while since we had rain though ..

Collie townsite, from what i have seen
Collie townsite to Mungalup Road bridge is ok,good for a km or 2 and then drops into smaller pools further dowstream.
Upstream is ok to about 2-3 km out of the town boundary and the pools get a bit patchy and quite shallow in places
Water is pretty low to rear of Black Diamond lake though thats pretty normal for this time of year
Glen Mervyn dam in very low and water skiing has since been banned in the past couple of weeks
Outflows from mine dewatering are not what they were so upper reaches of south & east branches are reverting back to what they were like many years ago.
Lake Kepwari is well worth a look if your down this way too.
